Got Jewelry?
It’s Laundry Day and I’m all blingy
OK, I like jewelry, I like diamonds, I like big jewelry, delicate jewelry, vintage or new, I like it all, surprise, surprise. I have unique and one-of-a-kind jewelry from my travels all over the world, personal jewelry from my grandmothers, costume jewelry from years at flea markets and vintage stores and fun colorful jewelry from all types of brands I have worked with or admired. My career and my love of all things have created quite a collection over the years and I love the story my collection tells. Regardless of price, every piece means something to me. I love knowing the story behind every charm on my grandmothers bracelet bought for her by my grandfather. I love the reminder of my first styling gig from these insane earrings. I smile when I look at the over-the-top color necklaces I own and think about my days watching designers bring them to life before they hit retail.
Recently I have wanted to create some new stories. Not abandoned the old just own my new. A friend referred me to Adina Reyter for everyday jewelry and as I looked through her site and then saw some pieces in person, I was really drawn to her simple approach with quality to match. Jewelry can be a beautiful expression of your mood, personality, taste and life. So many women have a stunning collection and weave it in effortlessly into their everyday. Some women do an amazing job of carrying bold pieces off and switching it up for every look. For me, my everyday has always been more simple. I would layer in the big pieces here and there for extra credit but I never felt comfortable being weighed down most days. Often I would be drawn to jewelry that was timeless and I could honestly forget about if I had it on.
So, I explored Adina, styled some pieces and I honestly really love her brand. What I also love is what she stands for. She is a mom, self taught jewelry designer, smart business woman and a believer that women can buy and collect jewelry on their own terms. Her prices vary but feel fair. Bang for your buck. Her pieces are the simple everyday items that are classic and playful, and would work well with the jewelry you already own, vintage, costume or new.
I have my favorite Adina Reyter pieces below, find yours, read more below or explore on their website. Adina Reyter and her team are generous enough to offer 20% off your purchase for one week only. Use code LAUNDRYDAY20 at checkout.
I love big earrings but everyday I need simple and not over the top or too big. I also have a nickel allergy so not all jewelry can work on my ears. For years I only had the classic two holes in my ears, after the birth of my son, I oddly was scared to have more earrings and now that I have more holes to fill I love the idea of mixing up my styles and not matching on each ear. Even splitting an earring with a friend as a modern day friendship necklace. I love so many of what she offers.
Here is what are pictured. The J Hoop, The 3 Amigos, The Baguette Cuff, The Paisley, The Heirlom Cuff, The Grace Drop, The Hoop with Baguette Bead, The Amigos Chain.
Again, I enjoy the simplicity yet not sacrifice on bling. The necklaces are easy to layer, consider adding a ring, bead or your own charm to your necklace for added personality. For extra credit you can put two necklaces together and drape one down your back. A sexy easy trick for a low dress and night out.
Adina offers engraving on all her dog tags, which are a great gift to yourself or whomever. I love the idea of my kids initials or being playful with the 3 max letters and engraving something like WTF. Too much? Even without engraving these pieces they are are beautiful on their own.
Without a surprise to anyone I love anything that brings diamonds to my neck. Adina offers variations on the classic diamond necklace that are subtle and chic and I really want way more than I have enough days to wear. From her curved baguette collar, to the barrel, to the Rager, to the half Riviera to the Safety Pin. They are all so good

Easy with watches, easy to layer, easy to style with whatever you are wearing. I have a weird thing that may just be just me, but I can’t wear too many heavy bracelets if I have a lot of rings on my fingers. Not sure what that is about, but it is my thing. So these delicate bracelets allow me to feel less chunk around my wrist.
Here is what are pictured: Interlocking Link, The Evil Eye, The Bead Chain and The 5 Amigos.
No you are not too old. Lean in and give your ankle some love. I don’t do this all the time but in Fall and Summer I love adding some sparkle. With a sandal, heel or a loafer or sneaker, no rules.
Here is what are pictured: 5 Cluster chain, The Box Chain with design your own beads.
Never met a stack I didn’t like. All shapes and sizes, no rules and I change it all the time, maybe even in the same day. At the same time her rings feel gutsy and light. They are elegant as a pinky ring and cool as a midi. More is more here and this is the only place I want it.
Here is what are pictured: Full Stack Baguette, 2 Amigos, Grace Half, Forget Me Knot, Teardrop Cluster, The Horseshoe, Interlocking Link, Flat Bar, Wave Rings, Extended Scatter and Cigar.
